Founding Partner

For nearly a decade, Blake has fought for consumers, small businesses and municipalities, against corporations that commit misconduct and malfeasance. Blake’s work has been at the intersection of economic and social justice, with reporting on his cases in ESPN, The New York Times, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, Law360, Yahoo! News, Law.com, and Bloomberg.

Blake’s practice focuses on leveling the playing field for litigants in court who have significant economic injuries due to violations of antitrust, consumer protection, and data privacy laws. Specifically, Blake’s cases usually involve complex and emerging areas of law, including representing victims of price fixing, harm to businesses from illegal monopolization, theft of sensitive data and information in data breaches, surreptitious collection of biometric information, and unlawful digital tracking. Blake also regularly represents purchasers of products and services that are mislabeled or are sold using unfair acts and practices.

Blake continues to spend each day challenging some of the gravest corporate misconduct in recent history.
